Performance Dashboard

Use the Performance Reporting dashboard (below) to review the sales and top KPIs for your stores by:

  1. Performance over the preceding 4 weeks
  2. Performance over the preceding 3 months
  3. Year to date performance

Unsure what threshold is considered good performance? Not to worry, Salesfloor has you covered. Each section of your performance dashboard includes a Target Line based on best practices: 

  • Bottom performers are those that are to the left of, or have not yet reached, the Target Line
  • Top performers are those that have reached or have surpassed the Target Line

Included at the bottom of your Performance Dashboard is a breakdown indicating the number of requests by type each type, for the preceding 4 weeks:

Or download the report's data at any time by hovering your mouse to the right of the Dashboards sections, and selecting the 3 vertical dots:

Marketing Outreach

The second page of your Salesfloor Reporting Dashboard is the Marketing Outreach page. Use the Marketing Outreach page to review:

  • Total Outreach: Provides a breakdown of all outreach through the Salesfloor platform, Lookbooks created, and social media posts by week.
  • Campaign & compose emails: Provides a breakdown of all shared update, or composed email KPIs available in the KPI Glossary by week.

You can also change the order of the weeks, or view the reporting of select stores as needed:

Store Results

Use the Store Results page to review the performance of all stores in your Salesfloor program, by store, including their:

  1. Demand sales
  2. Net sales
  3. Conversion rate
  4. Number of transactions
  5. Total requests
  6. Storefront visits
  7. Average order value
  8. Contacts added
  9. Product recommendations
  10. Live chat requests
  11. Live chat answer rate
  12. Request reply time

To change the week or year that you are viewing, use the time period drop down menus available in the top right corner of your Store Results page:

Weekly Results

The Weekly Results section of your Salesfloor Reporting Dashboard allows you to view and review the same performance indicators as your Stores Results page by week and can be filtered by a specific store, or group of stores, using the filter drop-down menu in the top right:

Monthly Results

The Weekly Results section of your Salesfloor Reporting Dashboard allows you to view and review the same performance indicators as your Stores Results & Weekly Results pages by Month and can be filtered by a specific store, or group of stores, using the filter drop-down menu in the top right:
