Here is a quick recap of what's included in our upcoming release:
- 2 new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been added to the reporting pages of the Backoffice and mobile app for all users* [Mobile, SF-25223]:
- # Forwarded to CS: The number of requests forwarded to Customer support by an associate (excludes Live Chats) during the specified time period.
- % Forwarded to CS (Approx.): The approximate % of requests forwarded to Customer Support by an associate (excludes Live Chats) during the specified time period.
*For users with Corporate Admin (level 4) accounts, both KPIs have also been added to the downloadable activity exports.
- Fixed issue affecting previous product selections when editing a My Look Lookbook after the first product selection attempt [Mobile, SF-25306]
