Making specific product recommendations

For retailers that have enabled Salesfloor's SKU variant product recommendations, associates can make specific product recommendations by pre-selecting product attributes (e.g. sizes & colors) for their clients

Product (SKU) variants are available to associates anywhere in the app that they access the Salesfloor product feed, be it when composing a new email, engaging in a live chat, responding to a text message or sharing an update. 

 

Here's how you can make specific product recommendations with SKU variants: 

1. When browsing the product library, the t-shirt icon (below) in the top right of the products card indicated that there are customizable attribute availableSKU_library.png

2. To access the customizable attributes, select the product's Details button: SKU_Prodct_Library.png

3. Scroll down to view which customizable attributes are available for that item, and Tap to select the specific size or color variations for your recommendation:

4. Once you've customized your recommendation, select Add Product to select your customized item

5. Once you send your recommendation to your client, the client can then click through to your retailer's website to view the product page with your recommended attributes pre-selected:

Tips from Salesfloor 

When browsing the product library, you can also use the filter option to filter your results by specific product attributes to help narrow your results and find your recommendations even faster:
