Not to worry! Salesfloor Chat works as a queue. If you’re first in line you’ve got 30 seconds to answer your incoming chat, but if you’re busy helping someone in-store, your app will notify you that you've missed a chat and will turn your personal chat OFF. The missed chat request will then be re-directed to the second associate in the queue for the next 30 seconds, and the third in queue for a final 30 seconds.
If the request is still not answered, the customer will be given the option to send a Customer Request email to all of the Store’s associates in the form of a New Lead.
