3. Should you not find the answers you are looking for, you can contact our Answer Bot which can be found by tapping the pink icon near the bottom-right of your screen:

The Answer Bot is designed to answer your questions with prewritten articles that can be found in the Support Center. Should the Bot not provide you with the answers you were looking for, you then are presented with the option to either ask another question or get in touch with the Support team:
