If your retailer has opted for SSO aka single sign on, then onboarding will work a little differently. Below is a breakdown of how to onboard your account with Azure AD.
- Enter your retailer ID in the "Retailer ID" field. This will typically be your retailer name written in all lowercase, without any spaces:
- Next, you will be asked to enter your Token. Your Token ID will be the same as your corporate employee ID unless otherwise specified:
- You will then be prompted to hit "Close" then "BACK" (near the bottom-left-hand side of the screen) and continue entering your username and password to log in:
- Now, tap on "Sign in with Azure AD":
- Next, your browser will prompt you with a Microsoft sign-in page, where you will enter your corporate email address and password.
- Once you have logged in successfully, you will be presented with several steps to complete onboarding and then you will be ready to set up your Storefront!:
