If your retailer has opted for SSO aka single sign on, then onboarding will work a little differently. Keep reading for a breakdown of how to onboard your account with Azure AD.
You can activate your account either in the mobile app or in a web browser - choose whichever option is more convenient for you!
Onboarding in the mobile app

Enter your retailer ID in the "Retailer ID" field. This will typically be your retailer name written in all lowercase, without any spaces:

Tap on "Sign In" and on the next page, select "Sign in with Azure AD":
- Next, your mobile device's default browser will prompt you with a Microsoft sign-in page, where you will enter your corporate email address and password.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be presented with several steps to complete onboarding and then you will be ready to set up your Storefront!
Onboarding in the web portal
- Enter your retailer's URL followed by /app into your browser's address bar.
e.g. subdomain.domain.com/app
- Tap on "Sign in with Azure AD":

Next, your browser will redirect you to the Microsoft sign-in page, where you will enter your corporate email address and password.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be presented with several steps to complete onboarding and finish setting up your account.
