Editing product comments adds authentic, credible feedback to your Storefront recommendations. Customers always appreciate genuine recommendations that bring depth to the product. (e.g. "This dress is a light & comfortable option for a hot summer day!")
To edit your product recommendations in the app, follow these quick steps:
- From the app Hub homepage, select the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner to open the side menu
- Select Clienteling > Storefront
- Select Edit in the top right corner
- Click the little pencil underneath each product to edit the product comment
- When ready, click Save in the top right corner to save your comment
