November 2017 Update

Salesfloor users, 

Introducing our latest platform update in August-September 2017, including mobile version 1.78.0 (downloaded automatically to your device or via App Store and Play Store once the update is complete).

Here is a quick recap of what's included in our upcoming release: 

New Features

  • Salesfloor's new Tag feature allows Retailers to segment Customers based on pre-determine tags inbounded from an external data source (such as a CRM system). Associates can use tag segmentation to outreach Customers.  Please contact your Salesfloor Account Manager to setup tags.

 

What's New?

General Enhancements

  • Corporate Administrators for Team Mode Retailers can now:
    • Threshold can be set to automatically deactivate and reactivate the widget based on outstanding leads (unanswered requests).
    • “Outstanding Request” KPI is added to Backoffice/Reports/KPI.
    • Current number of outstanding request and activation status are added to the “All Activity Summary - Stores CSV” report as “Outstanding Requests (current)” & “Sidebar Widget Status”.
  • Corporate Administrators for Rep Mode Retailers can now:
    • Threshold can be set to automatically deactivate and reactivate the widget based on outstanding leads (unclaimed requests).
    • “Outstanding Request” KPI is added to Backoffice/Reports/KPI
    • Current number of outstanding request and activation status are added to the “All Activity Summary - Stores CSV” report as “Outstanding Requests (current)” & “Sidebar Widget Status”.

  • Associates can select "My Storefront Link" from Quick Responses to auto-populate the Storefront URL during live chat.
  • Changing a Store name is now available. Prerequisite: ensure all user are using version 1.78 before changing store name.

Enhancements to Contacts

  • Multiple enhancement to Contact feature are available:
    • When searching for contacts, Paging is introduced for faster navigation experience
    • New navigation buttons (contact, address, social and events sections) are added to simplify navigation.
    • Associates can enter multiple social media handles, addresses and event dates per contact.

 Enhancements to Tasks

  • Multiple improvements on tasks are available:
    • Retailer are able to decide to activate/deactivate tasks & email reminders for tasks.
    • Retailers are able to determine recurrence of individual tasks.
    • Format of the task reminder emails is adjusted to focus on the task description.
    • Issue where task notification emails were sent for newly created users is resolved.

 

Bug Fixes 

  • Sorting issues with headers in User management for Invited users is fixed.
  • Issue with displaying text while composing a message and then accessing and backing out from the asset library is resolved.
