Filtering customer requests

In order to help navigate your customer requests, use the filter option in the bottom left corner (below, left): 


On the filter page (above, right), you can choose to filter by Request Type (e.g. all, personal shopper requests, appointment requests, and email requests) or by their Status (e.g. Unresolved or resolved requests).
