View customer requests

  1. From the mobile app’s main menu hub, select Customer Requests.
  2. The list of requests is displayed.
  • Tap the filter icon at the bottom to toggle between Resolved and Unresolved requests.
  • Tap the filter icon to view specific request types (Personal Shopper, Book Appointment, etc.).
  • Click Edit in the top right corner to archive a request, delete it or mark it as read/unread.
  1. Click to open a request.
