How To Send A Text Message
Step 1: When Text Messaging is activated for your account, you can tap on the Actions Menu (+ found at the bottom of your main Hub:
Step 2: Once the Actions Menu is expanded, tap on Compose Text:
Step 3: When composing a new message, tap on the icon and you will have access to all contacts in your address book who are registered with an active phone number.

**You send text messages to up to 40 contacts as a time unless otherwise specified by your retailer**
Attaching Products, Assets and Links to Text Messages
Just like all other Salesfloor communication channels (live chat, email, etc.), you will be able to
attach a product, photo or your links during a text conversation by selecting the blue + sign to the left of the text box.
Customer Opt-Out from Text Messaging
Clients can opt-out of receiving your text messages at anytime and will be notified of this option when they receive their first text message from Salesfloor. By replying with the word "STOP", this will opt them out of your text messages.
Note that any subsequent texting in that thread will not include the opt-out notification, however your clients can always refer to the message at the top of their thread if needed:
