Users can block customers who are abusing the Live Chat feature, or who have submitted inappropriate chat content to users through Salesfloor. In this article, we show you how to block a customer from Live Chat.
To flag an inappropriate chat, select the + symbol to prompt your chat actions menu, and select the first action item:
Once you have chosen to flag a chat, you will then be asked to confirm:
By confirming the Flag, the chat window in your app will then close and the client will be notified that they have been flagged:
