To ensure that your live chat notifications work as expected, you need to ensure that your notifications are properly configured within your browser Settings. Typically, the browser will prompt you to enable these Settings upon first login, but in case you ever hit "disable" by mistake, here is a step-by-step guide on how to enable notifications for each browser:
Browser Type:
Google Chrome:
- Open the site information icon, found at the beginning of the URL:
- Toggle the Notifications setting ON:

Chrome will then prompt you to reload the browser in order for the new settings to apply. Don't forget to follow this step in order for the changes to take effect:
Firefox:

Tap on the following icon located next to the URL:
- Once you hover over "Blocked" you'll see Edge prompt you to "Clear this permission and ask again". Tap on the X to proceed:
- Next, refresh your page, and you will be prompted to enable notifications. Tap on OK to proceed:
Microsoft Edge:
- Tap on the following icon located next to the URL:
- Next, tap on the arrow found next to Blocked to populate a dropdown, then tap on Allowed:
- Lastly, you will be prompted to Refresh the page. Make sure to follow this step to apply your changes:
Safari:
Access Settings: Click on Safari in the top menu bar (next to the Apple icon) and select Settings... (or Preferences on older macOS versions).
Go to Websites Tab: In the settings window, click the Websites globe icon at the top.
Select Notifications: On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down and click Notifications.
Manage Sites: You will see a list of websites that have asked for permission and you can search your retailer's URL.
Find the website you want and select Allow from the dropdown menu on the right.
