Your Global Rank is where you rank amongst all other users at your store. The rank is calculated using a month-to-date weighted average calculation that takes into account the 4 KPIs listed on the home screen of the app & on the reporting dashboard page, being:
- Total Sales
- Request-Reply Time
- Live Chat Answer Rate
- Total Requests
Important to remember is that your Global Rank is calculated monthly & will reset with the change of the current month to the next.
