Mid-January 2018 Update

Introducing our latest platform update in January 2018, including mobile version 1.81.0 (downloaded automatically to your device or via App Store and Play Store once the update is complete).

What's New?

General Enhancements

  • New users now receive on-boarding completion reminders for account setup, including completing their About Me bio, uploading a profile picture, adding new contacts, and connecting their social media networks. Please contact your Salesfloor Account Manager for more information, or if you would like to disable new user reminders.

  • For retailers using Salesfloor’s team selling mode, a new after-hours reminder will be sent to accounts still active for live chat at 9pm daily (local time) to confirm after-hours availability.

  • Live chat wait time is now 60 seconds to reduce a customer's wait time to connect

  • Improved design and usability for user login screens

  • Users can now insert and manage multiple notes per contact in their Salesfloor account

  • New Activity Log added to contacts to view all interactions with contact through Salesfloor; filterable by interaction type:

  • Corp Admin can differentiate a contact's origin of creation for reporting purposes

  • For retailers using Customer Insights:
    • Added support for size and color to transaction history
    • Added support for historical product data (for items purchased that are no longer available)
    • Improved design and usability for smaller in-store mobile screens
    • Added support for new customer data including events, loyalty status and tags
    • Added flexibility for retailers to define custom KPI labels for Customer Insight data


Bug Fixes 

  • Text Messaging threads now default to display messages from newest to oldest
  • Live chat's insert Storefront URL now prioritizes user's custom aliases
  • Corporate Admin mobile reporting corrected to allow for report filtering by store(s) and user(s)
