Associate Mode vs Team Mode

 

Depending on your retailer's configuration, Selling Mode accounts can fall under two classifications: 

  1. Associate Mode
  2. Team Mode

Log-in Credentials

  • Each associate receives a unique log-in credential and is assigned to 1 store
  • Each associate receives a unique log-in credential and is assigned to 1 store
Customer Experience
  • Associate manages product updates
  • The customer can reach out to a specific associate
  • Store manager manages product updates or delegates to associate(s)
  • The customer connects with an associate at the store
Clienteling Outreach Tools
  • Email, SMS, posting on associate’s social media profile
  • Lookbooks: associate creates 1:1 personalized customer pages and “My Looks” as templates to share with multiple customers (both only visible to associate)
  • Customer contact records: associate has visibility only into customer profiles assigned to their account.
  • Email, SMS, posting on retailer’s store social media profile (optional, not required)
  • Lookbooks: associate create 1:1 personalized customer pages and “My Looks” as templates to share with multiple customers (both visible to all associates at the store)
  • Customer contact records: associate has visibility into all of the store's customers’ profiles

Tasking

  • Manual tasks created by an associate will be visible to that associate
  • Automated tasks generated by system rules are visible to 1 associate based on customer assignment
  • Manual tasks created by all associates & automated tasks generated by system rules are visible to all associates at the store

Online Connector Tool

  • All customer requests can be answered by any associate at the store
  • Customers can select a specific associate they wish to connect with
  • All customer requests can be answered by any associate at the store

Service Tools

  • An associate is present during the customer’s online shopping journey
  • A store is present during the customer’s online shopping journey

Sales Tracking

  • Online sales influenced by associate are attributed to an associate
  • Online sales influenced by associate are attributed to the store

Reporting

  • Associate has visibility into individual performance KPIs
  • Associate receives notification of sales
  • Associate has visibility into store performance KPIs
