Dear users, 

Introducing our latest platform update in November 2019, including mobile version 1.115.0 (downloaded automatically to your device or via App Store and Play Store once the update is complete).

Here is a quick recap of what's included in our upcoming release: 

 

What's new?

  • When engaged in a Live Chat conversation, associates can now click on the client's provided email address within the conversation to view the contact's existing or newly created contact card [Mobile, SF-25444]​
  • After sharing a new campaign, the app prompt when returning to the homepage has been updated to "If you're done sharing, click "Confirm". Warning: Any unshared changes will be discarded." if no additional changes have been made [Mobile, SF-25449]
  • A new configuration is now available, allowing retailers to set the Sidebar geo. radius on a per-store basis. Contact your Salesfloor account manager for more information [Platform, SF-25447]
  • Users not assigned to a store are now included in the User Management "All Users" CSV export [Platform, SF-25254]
  • All non-selling users are now excluded from the "All Associates" downloadable report available for Corporate Admin accounts [Platform, SF-25254]
  • Updated the Sales & Transaction reporting pages to display transactions based on the relevant store location's local time zone [Platform, SF-25501]

Bugs

  • Fixed issue preventing removal of newly attached assets when creating a new corporate task [Platform, SF-25815]
