January 2020 Update: Version 1.119.0

Dear users, 

Introducing our latest platform update in January 2020, including mobile version 1.119.0 (downloaded automatically to your device or via App Store and Play Store once the update is complete).

Here is a quick recap of what's included in our upcoming release: 


What's new?

  • When reviewing sales & KPIs reporting in the mobile app, each account type can now filter by year-to-date, since the beginning of time, or custom time periods using the new Salesfloor date filter [Mobile, SF-25602]


  • When reviewing their teams' contacts using the "Download All Contacts ZIP" report in the Backoffice, Admins now see how each contact record was created using the new "Origin" column [Platform, SF-23258]
  • Users with access to a Storefront can now copy their Storefront URL directly from the My Details page within their settings [Mobile, SF-25832]



  • When an associate has activated their auto-response messaging, clients who submit text messaging requests from the associate's Storefront will now receive an automated reply with the associates auto-response [Mobile, SF-25559]


  • Updated the design of the prompt allowing associates to take a new photo using their device camera or select an existing image in their device gallery when attaching photos to email, text, or chat communications [Mobile, SF-25927]


  • When reviewing Corporate tasks that have expired, Admins no longer have the ability to delete the task [Platform, SF-25744]
  • When a client emails an associate with their auto-response set to active, the auto-response now uses the retailer's standard email branded template [Platform, SF-25558]


  • Fixed issue affecting the creation time displayed to Admin users for newly created Corporate Tasks in the Backoffice [Platform, SF-25989]
  • Fixed issue causing the same form to appear when clicking the "About Me" or "Get my updates" links on associate Storefronts, clients will now be shown two unique forms (below) [Platform, SF-25898]
