Salesfloor offers a 360° view of your business with its Weekly Dashboard Reporting. The report's format is organized into 2 sections: KPIs & Report.
- KPIs: provides your main metrics for the last 28 days (4 weeks) and your sales & sales/user growth in the last 6 months
- Report: provides a complete snapshot of your metrics by week, month, and year.
KPIs section
Each metric is displayed in the format of a card with a title, a value, and a measure against the target.
The graphs measure performance in the last 6 months. For the first graph, Sales vs Sales/User are plot with the left axis representing Sales and right axis representing Sales per User:
For the second graph, Total Requests vs Requests/User are plot with the left axis representing Total Requests and right axis representing Total Requests per User:
Report section
The header displays the date of the report, the week number, and the release date.
Each metric in the report is measured in time. In the example above, the week number is 27 and the month is August.
The list of metrics is displayed on the left of the table and for every metric, you can follow the progress of your business using the available views:
Current Month/Week: includes all weeks of the month. In the example, it has the month of August – with respective weeks 27, 28, 29 & 30. This represents the current Month:
This view can be hidden using the control button Show/Hide Current Month:
The Week/Month view displays the results during the current year in the column format. To note, when the weeks are displayed, the months are hidden and vice-versa:
For the Week & Month view, you can toggle between them using the Show/Hide Weeks button:
In the middle section of the report, each metric is measured as Month to Date (MTD), Month to Date vs Last Year Month to Date (LYMTD), Year to Date (YTD), and Year to Date vs Last Year:
