As a user or store manager with Selling Mode enabled, you can reference former Live Chat conversations that you've engaged in by accessing your Chat History and selecting the conversation you'd like to review.
Unlike a customer request made by email or by text, once a Live Chat conversation has been closed there is no way to re-initiate that chat session with your client.
Here's how to access your Chat History:
1. From you Salesfloor app's homepage, open the side menu
2. In your app's side menu, select Chat History
3. Scroll through your Chat History and select the conversation that you would like to review from the list
