As a user, you can always reference older Live Chat conversations that you've engaged in by accessing your Chat History. By selecting the Live Chat you are interested in reviewing in your Chat History, you can then scroll through the conversation to reference product recommendations, shopper contact information, and more.
Unlike a customer request, once a Live Chat conversation has been closed there is no way to reactivate that chat session with your shopper.
Here's how to access your Chat History:
1. From you Salesfloor app's homepage, open the side menu
2. In your app's side menu, select Chat History
3. Scroll through your Chat History and select the conversation that you would like to review from the list
