Sending an email? Adding a new product to your Storefront? If you're looking for a specific product but can’t find it in the app, let’s first rule out some common mistakes that can affect our search results:
- Is the product ID correct?
- Do you have any filters applied? The filter icon will be green if any filters are applied, and gray if no filters are applied
- Are there any typos in your search term?
- Did you hit the search icon 🔍 after typing out your search term?
Since the items available in the Product Library are loaded into the app via data feeds that your retailer sends to Salesfloor, it’s possible that the item you’re looking for has gone out of stock, or simply wasn’t included in the latest data feed, in which case it would not be included in the Product Library.
If there’s a specific product that you cannot find in the app, and that you believe should be included, or if you’re unable to find any products or the search function is not working, report it to our Support team (<support@salesfloor.net>) and one of our agents will be happy to help!
