Via our mobile application, users have quick and handy access to their Reports & KPIs. In addition to offering a default dashboard summary of four key KPIs (Total Sales, Request Reply Time, Live Chat Answer Rate, Total Requests), associates also have access to further detailed KPIs and Transaction reporting via the mobile app. With these reports readily at hand, associates can check in on their progress towards key metrics.
1. From the Hub homepage, open your hamburger menu in the bottom right corner of the navigation bar.
2. From the menu, select Reports > Reporting
3. On your Reporting page, you can view a Dashboard summary of the four key KPIs, or toggle between KPIs and Transactions, depending on the report that you would like.
4. To change the time period of your reporting page, select the Slider Icon in the top right corner. Once you've selected the time period that you would like, simply select Apply.
