Your performance is available to you at your fingertips in our mobile app. You can see a snapshot of your performance reporting on the homepage of your Salesfloor app, & you can use the View Reports option to see even more actionable insights & KPIs.
Users View
All users have access to their own reports and KPIs within the Salesfloor app. There is a quick summary available on the app's main hub, but if you tap on "View Reports", you have access to your detailed reports:
Here's an example of how your dashboard will be displayed:
When clicking View Reports you’ll first be brought to your Dashboard Tab. Use the Dashboard to see key insights into your performance in the current month. This includes:

Each progress card on your Dashboard helps you stay on track & quickly identify which KPIs are hitting the mark & which ones need some attention: Green and you’re right on target, Orange means its time to pay attention. and Red means you might need to try a new strategy. |
Using the toolbar at the bottom of the page, you can toggle to your detailed KPIs:
On the KPIs page, you can review the complete list of your metrics by using the Show More KPIs option available for each of the following categories:

Keep in mind that your KPI view will always default to "Calendar month to date", however, this can be adjusted to a different time period if you tap on the drop-down: |
Lastly, using the toolbar at the bottom of the page, you have access to your transactions:

Store Manager View
As a Store Manager, you have access to your entire store's reports. You can access the reporting dashboard from the app's main hub by tapping on "View Reports" found underneath your Store KPIs preview:
Similar to store users, you have the toolbar available at the bottom of the screen where you can toggle from the store's main reports dashboard, KPIs and transactions.
Note: If you would like to look KPIs by individual user, you can tap on the filter icon in the top-right of the page and select any user you would like:
Management & Corporate Admin View
Management & Corporate Admin users will have access to the Global KPIs across all stores. You can access the reporting dashboard from the app's main hub by tapping on "View Reports" found underneath your the Global KPIs preview (similar to users and store managers).
From there, you have the option to view the overall stats of all locations but you can also use the filter icon found at the top of the page to filter down by store and/or individual users' KPIs.
