If your retailer has chosen to enable the 'Auto-Resolve' configuration, to resolve your tasks successfully, you have to select an action from the list provided and complete the task accordingly.
- Open your unresolved task from the 'My Tasks' section:
- Select any of the actions listed from the top of the task:
- If/when making modifications to a prepopulated message, make sure to proofread your task's subject line and message content or any possible typographical errors prior to completing:
- Once the task is completed, you will receive confirmation that the task will be resolved on its own:
** If you decide not to follow through with the task, then you can hit 'Dismiss'. Just keep in mind that task dismissals will be reflected in your KPIs. **
