Salesfloor's Task Management feature allows retailers and associates to create, view, and assign tasks from within the Salesfloor app.
Admins can create Corporate Tasks to promote sales, introduce new products, and keep associates informed. Associates can create Manual Tasks for themselves or link tasks to specific clients in their address book. Additionally, Salesfloor generates automated tasks for associates, including Follow-up Tasks based on customer transactions and System Tasks that remind associates to update their Storefronts, send emails, and complete other important actions.
For more details on each task type, please see:
Access to your active tasks is made available on your Hub home screen under My Tasks. A summary of task deadlines will be visible and sorted by Due Today, Overdue, and Upcoming. To view all tasks and their details, select View All.
Your tasks list will display all unresolved tasks in chronological order, but can also be filtered with the drop-down menu found at the top of your task list:
Click into a Task to view the details and to action on it. You can also choose to edit any field, or dismiss, or resolve the task:

| Opens the Share An Update function with the task's suggested subject line, copy, and attachments pre-populated. | ||
| Leaves Salesfloor and launches your device's phone app, which uses your cell network and personal number. |
Note: If your company has chosen to enable automated task resolution, the "Resolve" button will be inactive/greyed out and you will need to action on the task in order to complete it.
