When looking at reports for a specific time period, you may see that the total number of tasks completed (i.e. dismissed and/or resolved) is higher than the total number of tasks created. This is because the report range doesn’t link the separate KPIs - the report reflects the total number of tasks that were dismissed and the total number of tasks that were resolved in the time period, they are not treated as a subset of the tasks created in the time period.
