Requesting to add a new store is really simple! Just send over an email to our Support Team at support@salesfloor.net to provide you with the necessary template to fill out. Once the template has been filled out (as per guidelines below), they will make sure to have it added as quickly as possible.
Guidelines:
- Column A: This is the retailer store ID/number
- Column B: This is the name of the location (client-facing)
- Column C: Country must be a 2-letter country code (e.g., US, CA, etc.)
- Column D: Region must be a 2-letter state or provincial code (e.g., AL, NY, WA, etc.)
- Column E: Store's full street address (client-facing)
- Column F: Store's phone number (not mandatory)
- Columns I & J: The store's latitude & longitude, which determines the location's geolocation - this affects store recommendation results on the widget
**New stores can be added prior to the location going live on the widget - just let the team know what date the store is expected to be available.**

You will need to fill out the template named "new multi-lang store" and fill out columns K and L accordingly. Below is an example of a new store template filled out for a store that allows English or French as options, but the default language will be French:
