Salesfloor provides users with the ability to filter their Customer Requests section in order to customize the view of your inbox. It's an easy way to switch between resolved and unresolved requests that you have received, saving you time and keeping you organized!
Here's how:
From the main Hub of the app, find your My Requests tab (you may need to toggle from the New Leads section directly beside it). Select View All
Select Filter in the bottom left corner:
Once on the Filter page, you can choose to view specific types of requests, or toggle between your resolved and unresolved requests:
IMPORTANT: Your My Requests page will always remember your last selections on the Filter page. In order to ensure that your folder displays the requests that need your attention first, ensure that you re-select "All Requests" and "Unresolved" in the status field:
