Want to book an appointment for one of your customers? Follow these simple steps:
- Open the action menu (+ found at the bottom of your main Hub) and select “Add Appointment”
- Tap “Select a contact for this appointment” to open your contact book
- Tap on your desired contact’s name to open their contact details page, then tap “Assign to Appointment”
- Next, fill in the required appointment details
- Date - the date that the appointment is meant to take place
- Time - the time that the appointment is meant to take place
- Duration - This will be auto-filled with the default duration chosen by your retailer, but you can tap into this field to expand the selection to 15 min, 30 min, or 60 min
- Appointment type - Virtual, In-Store, or Phone (these options may vary depending on your retailer’s settings)
- Appointment Booking Channel - This indicates how your contact will be notified of the appointment
- Date - the date that the appointment is meant to take place
- Once all required information has been entered, tap “Book Appointment”
