New to Salesfloor applications versions 1.158 or higher, users may see loading screens in the application more often than they had in earlier versions. Not to worry! We wanted to provide our users with greater clarity & understanding when using the Salesfloor app on slower internet networks.
To do so, Salesfloor implemented two primary visual & functional changes within the application:
1. The Loading Animation:
Is your network connection putting the "low" back in "slow"? We've got you covered. Users using the Salesfloor application on slower or unreliable networks will now see a visual loading animation in their app to assure them that the app is still working to load their page. When experiencing longer than average loading times, the app will update its messaging from "loading" to "still loading":
2. Loss of a Network Connection:
Prior to version 1.158.0, Salesfloor users experiencing a loss of network connection with their device were presented with a red banner at the top of the app's screen indicating that the app has "No Internet Connectivity" (below). As of version 1.158.0, Salesfloor will now prevent the user from continuing to navigate the Salesfloor application until the network connection is restored.
