When signing into Salesfloor's Mobile app for the first time, you will be asked to enter your Retailer ID, which can usually be retrieved from your manager.
Retailer IDs are unique across retailers and are usually comprised of the retailer name, spelled as one lowercase word with no spaces, punctuation, or special characters.
In other words, if your retailer's name uses an apostrophe, simply remove the apostrophe when entering the retailer name as a retailer ID. Similarly, if your retailer's name is comprised of 2 or more words, simply remove the spaces between each word.
Example 1. My store's name is My Store. This would make my retailer ID: mystore
Example 2. My store's name is Michelle's Store. This would make my retailer ID: michellesstore
