A hard reset (aka uninstalling + reinstalling) the Salesfloor app is simple and not too different from any other application and is a common fix for when the app is not behaving as expected. Here are the steps:

Using an Apple Device

- After the Salesfloor app has been deleted, please turn your device off, and then back on before proceeding to reinstall the application.
**Once you have re-downloaded the Salesfloor app, you'll first be asked to enter your Retailer ID [your retailer's name in all lowercase letters, with no spaces or punctuation]. From there, select "Sign In" to sign-in with your original login credentials.**
Using an Android Device
- Before you uninstall/delete the application, you should clear the application's data history by following these steps:
- Hold down the Salesfloor app icon on your home screen then tap on the ⓘ symbol:
- Tap on Storage:
- Tap on the "Clear data" button found near the bottom of the screen:
