Live chat is a real-time interactive service that connects associates to clients as they shop online.
Clients can initiate a chat via the Salesfloor Connect Widget on your retailer's website, or directly through your Storefront.

By selecting the Live Chat tile on your Storefront, a client can initiate a conversation with you directly (if and only if you've made yourself available for live chat):
Clients can also submit live chat requests via the Salesfloor Connect Widget as they shop on your retailer's website. The widget connects shoppers with the store that is closest to them and as long as at least 1 user is set to available at that location, the store is then active to receive live chat requests. How your store receives live chat requests depends on whether your retailer is using Salesfloor's Queue Mode or Broadcast Mode.
