Understanding 30-Day Reports

To help you establish a baseline and self-evaluate your performance on the Salesfloor app, the Salesfloor team sends out a weekly report summarizing your activities in the last 30 days. This report is often referred to as a 30-Day report and contains important Key Performance Indicators such as Total Sales, Request Reply time, Live Chat Answer Rate and more.
