Within the main Hub of the app, you can manage your email messages from clients. When they reach out to you directly via your storefront, or respond to an outreach from you, those emails will be visible to you within Salesfloor.
After logging into the SF app, you will land on the Hub homepage. From here, you will see a panel for Email Messages. Tap on View All to open your Inbox entirely.
When you have a new email, this will be indicated within the Hub and your inbox (highlighted below)
Tap on Filter at the bottom taskbar to view other mailboxes (Sent, Archived, Trash, etc.).
Click Edit in the top right corner to archive a message, delete it or mark it as read/unread.
Alternatively, once you have opened an email message, you may tap on Actions on the bottom taskbar to reply, forward or archive the message.
