Yes! If your program has enabled Salesfloor's email drafting functionality, you can craft your email, save it as a draft, and start right back from where you left off.
So how does it work?
Any time you're accessing email in Salesfloor, whether it's through the compose feature, share an update, or replying to a customer request, you can save your current progress, and return to the last email you were writing. Sharing an update, but there's an incoming chat? Not to worry. Keep your draft, answer the chat, then return to your share and Restore your current draft:
Once you've entered any content (e.g. recipient, subject, message body, attachments), if you leave the page you will be provided with the option to keep your progress. |
When you return to your chosen email feature, you can then restore your last saved email draft. |
How long will Salesfloor save my draft email?
Salesfloor will keep your last saved email draft until you log out of your account. Logging out and back into the application will clear your saved draft.
