Wondering how to reply or respond to the emails you've received from your customers? Follow these simple steps.
1. From the mobile app's Hub, navigate to your Email Messages panel, where you can tap on View All.
2. Your inbox will be displayed. Unread messages will be indicated with a blue dot.
3. Click on a message to open it.
4. Click on Actions at the bottom left , then select Reply. You can also Forward or Archive the messages at this point.
5. Write your message, ensuring that you are selecting or entering an email address, subject line, and message. Hit Send Message once you're ready to send out.
You can also insert the following content:
Product: Search by keyword, use your camera barcode scanner or select a category and browse through the products. Tap to view or select the item(s) you wish to include, and click Done.
Asset: Select a category (All, Corporate, etc.), tap to view or select the content you wish to include, and click Done.
Photo: If prompted, allow the app to access your device’s camera, then take the picture, and click Use Photo.
