My account is locked, what can I do?

For security purposes, when a user inputs an incorrect username & password combination 5 times in a row their account will then be locked, and no more attempts to unlock the account can be made for the next 30 minutes.

 

What to do if your account is locked:

If you have been locked out of your Salesfloor account after too many attempts, please contact your manager in order to unlock your account via their Backoffice.

 

Managers: Unlocking user accounts

If a user at your location has been locked out of their account, managers and corporate admin users can unlock the account via their Backoffice with these quick steps:

  1. Sign into the Backoffice 
  2. Hover your mouse over Account & Settings
  3. Select User Management
  4. Use the "Locked Out" toggle field to unlock an associate's account
