The Manager Views feature allows Managers and Admins (Levels 2/3/4) to view the Requests, Appointments, and Tasks assigned to the associates at their store(s) from the Salesfloor Mobile App.
This feature is available to all retailers within the Mobile app, both BYOD & MDM versions, except for Team Mode Store Managers with Selling mode On.

Overview
The Manager Views feature exposes three Hub elements on the user’s home screen of the Mobile app:
-
Store Requests
-
Store Tasks
-
Store Appointments
Manager Views, Selling mode OFF
Managers with Selling mode ON will still keep their former My Tasks/Requests/Appointments elements on their Hub. These views allow them to manage their own Tasks, Requests and Appointments in editable mode. (By comparison, the Manager Views are read-only.)
Manager Views, Selling mode ON
The Manager Views provide a “bird’s eye” view of the key activities in a given store or set of stores.

They appear very similar to the views seen by Salesfloor Associates, with 2 key differences:
-
The assigned associate’s name and/or store is displayed on every item
-
The Manager Views are read-only and do not allow managers to access the Associate’s functions, including Resolving/Unresolving, Replying, Forwarding to Customer Support, and viewing the associated Contact record. The only exception is if a Selling-mode store manager is viewing one of their own assigned items. Then they will see an actionable view with all the capabilities they can access as a selling Associate.

The Store Requests listing screen shows the list of all customer requests across the selected Store(s) and Associate(s). Each item in the list shows the Store and Associate, Customer’s Display name, type of request, time last acted upon, and a color-coded label indicating the request status.

Filtering the Manager Views by Store / Associate
The Manager Views for Requests, Tasks, and Appointments expose a new filter in the upper right corner. This filter allows users to select multiple Associates from a single store, and for Management users and above, to select multiple stores at once. (Note: Selecting specific associates is only available when one store is selected.)
Store Managers can filter the Manager Views by Associate. The Associate filter allows selecting one or more Associates at a time.
Management and Admin users can filter the Manager Views by selecting one or more Stores. Users who see all stores will have the option to Save the stores they want to monitor regularly, by selecting those stores and clicking the new Save as My Stores.

Multiple stores selected: Associates filter is disabled |
Note: When multiple stores are selected, all Associates are automatically selected.
When only one store is selected, it is also possible to filter by Associate. The Associate filter allows selecting one or more Associates at a time.
