Corporate Admin (Group 4) users have access to extended reporting in the Backoffice to view performance reporting for all stores & users, review logs of customer requests, live chats, and text messages, and download detailed sales transaction reporting.

How to access your reports:
- Log in to the Backoffice as a Corporate Admin (level 4) user
- Navigate to the Reports section in the header menu of your Backoffice
- Click on the Admin tab
- Select your date range (if applicable) from the dropdown menu at the top right
- Click on the report(s) you wish to download
What reports are available to me?
Activity Summaries
- All Activity Summary - Associates CSV: Contains a summary of each user's KPIs for the selected time period.
- All Activity Summary - Stores CSV: Contains a summary of each store's KPIs for the selected time period.
- Live Chat Metrics - Associates CSV: Contains a summary of each user's live chat KPIs for the selected time period.
- Live Chat Metrics - Stores CSV: Contains a summary of each store's live chat KPIs for the selected time period.
- All Customer Request Logs ZIP: Contains yearly files with the content of every customer request submitted.
- All SMS Logs ZIP: Contains yearly files with the content of every text message thread.
- All Live Chat Logs ZIP: Contains yearly files with the content of every live chat conversation.
Transactions
- All Transactions ZIP: Contains yearly files with all online transactions that Salesfloor has tracked.
- All Transaction Details ZIP: Contains yearly files with product-level details of all online transactions that Salesfloor has tracked.
CI Attribution (requires CI to be enabled)
- All Attributed CI Transactions: Contains all CI transactions that can be attributed to a Salesfloor interaction.
- All Attributed CI Transactions Yearly: Contains yearly files with all CI transactions that can be attributed to a Salesfloor interaction.
Associates
- All Associates CSV: Contains a list of all onboarded users.

Analytics
- All Sidebar Metrics CSV: Contains daily metrics of widget performance.
