Adding Clients from All Customers to My Contacts

Available to retailers using Salesfloor’s Customer Insights (CI) feature, our “Add to Contacts” configuration allows users to browse the All Customers tab & add known customers to their personal My Contacts list within the Salesfloor application.

 

Adding Contacts

In order for a user to add a customer record from the All Customers tab to their personal My Contacts list, the user must:

 

  1. Navigate to the All Customers Tab 
  1. Locate the customer they would like to add 
  1. When viewing the customer’s profile, select “Add to My Contacts” at the top of the profile
  1. Confirm addition
  1. The user will then be presented with the customer’s new My Contacts profile
  1. When exiting the profile, the newly added custom can now be found in the user’s My Contacts list

 

*Please note that this functionality will not be available for a customer record marked as 'Limited Visibility'.
