Available to retailers using Salesfloor’s Customer Insights (CI) feature, our “Add to Contacts” configuration allows users to browse the All Customers tab & add known customers to their personal My Contacts list within the Salesfloor application.
Adding Contacts
In order for a user to add a customer record from the All Customers tab to their personal My Contacts list, the user must:
