If your retailer has enabled Salesfloor’s clienteling module, Customer Insights, you’ll have access to extended customer data for any of your contacts that are linked to CRM customer records that your retailer sends us.

In addition to sending customer data, your retailer can also define Primary or Secondary associates/stores relationships to customers. The Primary associate would be assigned to the associate/store who ‘owns’ the clienteling relationship with that Customer. Secondary associates/stores would be assigned when a Customer shops in different departments of a Retailer or does have legitimate business relationships with multiple associates/stores (if the customer travels frequently and regularly shops with different associates/stores).
The Share Blackout feature will be applicable to contacts who have either a defined Primary or Secondary relationship to the associate/store sending the share.

If your retailer has also enabled CI tasking, only the Primary associate/store will receive the follow-up tasks for in store purchases that their customer has made (unless your retailer has configured the tasks to go to the attributed associate/store instead).
