Rules for Setting Appointment Request Days & Hours
-
You must set at least one day to be available for appointment requests.
-
The end time you set for appointment requests must be later than the start time.
-
You must set appointment requests days and hours on a per-store basis.
-
If you don’t set appointment request days and hours, the default of 9 AM to 10 PM is still used.
Adding Other User Groups
By default, this functionality is available only for store managers (Level 2). You can configure this to be available to the other User Groups, Level 1 (User), and Level 3 (Management).
-
If you add User Group 3, only the members of this group who are linked to a store will be able to change appointment schedules.
-
If you add User Group 1, any member of this group will be able to change your appointment request hours. Be cautious about enabling this functionality for this user group.

Adding Date Overrides
When you want appointment requests to be unavailable, for example if you’re doing an inventory count for half a day and your associates won’t be available for those hours, or you’re closed for a day that’s a holiday, you can make just those hours or that day unavailable, without affecting your scheduling for the rest of the week.

Setting the Number of Booking Slots
If you use Team mode, you can limit the number of appointment booking slots available for each of your stores. For example, a store manager has five sales associates working, and doesn't want all five to potentially be in appointments. The manager sets three booking slots, so that there are two sales associates available for in-store customers and other tasks.
Another example is a store that has four fitting rooms. The manager sets four as the maximum number of appointment slots that can be booked, so that customers have a fitting room ready for them when it’s time for their appointment.

How Customers Make Appointment Requests
When customers make Appointment Requests, they can choose from the days you’ve designated as available from the date picker. The days that you set as unavailable are greyed out, and can’t be selected by customers.
The times that you designated as available appear in the Time picker. Customers can request up to the maximum number of booking slots you set. If the maximum is reached, the time is not shown.
