Adding notes to client profiles helps sales associates deliver more personalized, efficient, and meaningful service. When used consistently, they can strengthen customer relationships, boost loyalty, and increase sales opportunities.
Using the following steps, you can store relevant information about a customer on your Salesfloor app:
Choose a client from your Contact Book:
Tap on "Notes":
Tap on "Add Note":
Type whatever notes you think may be relevant and save by tapping on "Done":
**If you ever wish to delete a saved note, just choose the note from your Customer Notes list, and select "Delete Note"**
